Thanks to Bear and his team at Whiteknuckler Brand for creating one-off custom Texas Fandango knives. We presented them to the Chopper Corral Chopper Show winners and the President's Awards. The Chopper Corral Chopper Show is hosted by Oliver Peck
With all the kids riding bikes around Fandango last year, we are adding bicycle choppers to the Chopper Show this year. This is for boys and girls 14 and under. We will have best of show and People’s Choice Awards just like the big boys. This is a perfect opportunity for dads, moms, uncles, aunts, grandpas or grandmas to get a kid excited about the world of 2-wheel customization, teach them some fabrication skills and spend some quality time with them. There are no design rules but, use 70s chopper style as your muse. No motors, no store bought “custom/chopper” bicycles. The bicycle can be as complex or simple as you like but let the kid’s imagination run wild. So, boys and girls, find a cheap/free used bicycle, a banana seat and chop it, drop it or extend that front end we’ll see you at Fandango 2025.
Heartfelt congratulations to the winners, and a special thanks to all who participated.
