Who operates the Texas Fandango?

The Cherokee Chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Club of America owns and operates the Fandango. The CCAMCA was formed for the purpose of enjoying vintage motorcycles.  We accomplish this through local member organized events in and around Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Our members own, restore, preserve, study, or just appreciate motorcycles that fall into the antique category, meaning they are at least 35 years old. If you have an old bike or just have an interest in learning more about these magnificent machines, please click here for more information.

Ticket cost:

General admission is $20 per person for the whole weekend, available at the gate Friday through Sunday. Active military members and veterans get in for $10 with valid ID, and kids 12 and under are free. If you purchased tickets online in advance, pick up your entry band at the pre-sale entrance. Discounted advance tickets go on sale online six months before the event, so follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest updates.

Perks included:

With your general admission ticket, enjoy free primitive camping, clean showers, and live music in the campground on Friday and Saturday nights. Gates open at 8 am on Friday.

Public Access:

Thursday reserved exclusively for vendor set-up. As per Fairground policy, early general admission arrivals are not allowed before the event opens. General admission and campground access kicks off Friday at 8 a.m.

Bike Show Registration:

You can pre-register online for the CCAMCA Vintage & Classic Bike Show and the Chopper Corral Chopper Show before the event. We highly recommend pre-registering to save time at check-in. Drop-off for the Vintage & Classic Bike Show starts Thursday, while load-in for the Chopper Corral is Saturday morning. Both shows also offer on-site registration on Saturday morning. Head to the show barn to register for the Vintage & Classic Bike Show and the Cheap Thrills Good Times booth for the Chopper Corral Chopper Show. Entry to both shows is free with your general admission wristband.

Become a vendor:

If you want to vend motorcycles, m/c parts, m/c memorabilia, and historic m/c-related items, you are in the right place. If you have a question about whether or not your items qualify, please get in touch with us. We are happy to discuss. At the end of the day, this is a vintage motorcycle/chopper event, and we want to keep it that way. Our vendors are guaranteed a spot for the following year, and public access opens once our returning vendors have secured their spaces.

Outside Food & Beverages:

You can’t bring outside food or drinks into the fairgrounds, but feel free to enjoy your own supplies in the campgrounds. Please keep an eye on your cooking gear and make sure your area stays clean. Trash cans are conveniently placed around the property.  The Fairground handles the food and drink vendors, offering plenty of tasty options to enjoy.

Colors policy:

Please be advised that color/soft colors are not permitted. Fairgrounds regulations prohibit the display of club colors or soft colors from any Motorcycle Club (MC) or motorcycle ministry. This restriction applies to all clubs
